Regional Videographer Partners (UK)

Grow My Academy is expanding across the UK and we’re building a network of reliable, football-focused videographers who can cover weekly academy sessions in their local area.

This is not one-off freelance work. It’s consistent monthly filming, with zero admin.

The Role:

Your entire job is: Arrive → Film → Upload → Invoice → Get Paid

We handle:

- Clients

- Editing

- Revisions

- Graphics

- Delivery

- Communication

- Payments

You only film.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Filming weekly football academy sessions

- Up to 2 hours per session

- Typically 1 session per academy per week

- Upload footage within 24 hours

- Long-term, recurring work (not one-offs)

Pay (Guaranteed):

Payment depends on the academy’s package:

- £300 per client / month

- 4 sessions per month (1/week)

- £75 per session

- £350 per client / month

- Same workload

- £87.50 per session

With multiple academies, this becomes strong monthly income for relatively low weekly hours. We aim to keep partners assigned to a full roster of academies in their region as we grow.

Most of our partners film multiple academies in their region, stacking 2–6 retainers into predictable monthly income.

The higher package reflects additional editing and content output on our side - your filming workload remains identical.

Equipment & Experience Required:

Experience

- 2+ years filming experience

- Football / sports portfolio required

Camera

- Shoots 4K 50fps minimum

- LOG profile (S-Log / C-Log / V-Log etc.)

- Strong low-light performance for evening sessions (clean footage at higher ISOs)

Lens

- Fast lens (f/2.8 or faster)
- Examples: 24–70 f/2.8, 28–75 f/2.8, 35–150 f/2–2.8, 70–200 f/2.8
- Slow kit lenses (f/3.5–5.6) are not suitable.

Audio

- Lavalier mic for coach intros (we can provide one if needed)

Other

- Reliable transport

- Strong communication

- Able to upload next-day

Safeguarding (DBS):

Enhanced DBS is required to work around children.
If you don’t have one, we cover the cost and apply for it on your behalf.

- London

- South Coast (Portsmouth / Southampton / West Sussex)

- Glasgow / Central Scotland

- Midlands
