These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by GrowMyAcademy, operated by Oakitu Ltd (Company No: 13135285).

By booking a session or subscribing to a monthly service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

GrowMyAcademy provides structured content services for youth academies and coaching environments.

Services are offered in two formats:

1.1 Starter Content Session (One-Off)

A single filming session designed to produce high-quality marketing content.

1.2 Monthly Content System (Retainer)

An ongoing service providing consistent filming, editing, and delivery.

Deliverables are defined by system capacity, not hours worked. Unused sessions or content do not roll over.

2. Starter Content Session

Price:

£397 per session

Includes:

• Up to 2 hours filming
• 2 edited short-form videos
• 10–15 photos
• Delivery within 5–7 days
• 1 round of revisions

Additional videos may be produced at £75 per reel, subject to available footage.

Additional filming time can be added at £50 per hour if required

Scope:

Starter sessions may include:

• Training sessions
• Coaching sessions
• Small-sided games
• Camps or group environments

GrowMyAcademy captures selective high-impact content for marketing purposes only.

We do NOT provide:

• Full-session recordings
• Full match coverage
• Documentation of all players or drills

Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable, as your session time is reserved in our schedule

• The remaining balance is due after filming, before final delivery

• In the unlikely event of a significant issue with delivery, we will work with you to resolve it

Bookings are not confirmed without payment.

Rescheduling:

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
• Cancellations under 24 hours may result in loss of deposit

3. Monthly Content System (Retainer)

Price:

£850/month

Includes:

• 2 filming sessions (up to 2 hours each)
• 12 edited videos per month
• Weekly delivery
• Structured content capture

Scope:

This is a marketing content system, not full-session documentation.

GrowMyAcademy:

• Does not guarantee specific players, drills, or moments
• May combine footage across sessions
• Determines creative direction and output

Payment:

• Monthly subscription via Stripe
• Renews every 30 days
• 7 days’ notice required for cancellation

No refunds for partial months.

4. Travel Policy

GrowMyAcademy operates using a network of trained videographers across different regions.

For Starter Sessions (one-off):

• Travel is included within 50 miles
• Locations outside are quoted based on distance

For Monthly Retainer clients:

• Filming is typically fulfilled by a trained local videographer
• Travel is included as part of the system

5. Delivery

Starter:
• 5–7 days

Retainer:
• Weekly (Fri–Sun)

Delays may occur due to external factors.

6. Revisions

Starter:
• 1 round

Retainer:
• Up to 2 rounds

Revisions include minor edits only.

Requests must be made within 72 hours.

7. Creative Control

All filming, editing, and creative decisions remain at the discretion of GrowMyAcademy.

8. Content Rights

• Final content belongs to client after payment
• GrowMyAcademy may use content for marketing
• Raw footage is NOT provided

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide filming access
• Ensure supervision of minors
• Obtain parental consent
• Communicate clearly

🔐 10. Safeguarding & Data Protection

GrowMyAcademy works in environments involving minors and follows safeguarding standards.

• All crew hold Enhanced DBS certification
• Filming must be supervised by academy staff
• Clients are responsible for consent and permissions

Footage Handling:

• Raw footage stored securely
• Retained max 7 days (cloud)
• Temporary storage up to 60 days (backup only)
• Then permanently deleted

Client Responsibility:

• Download content within 14 days
• GrowMyAcademy is not long-term storage provider

11. Communication

• Conducted via official channels
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
• Out-of-hours responses next working day

12. Missed Sessions

• 48h notice required
• Under 24h = session may be forfeited

13. No Guarantees

Results depend on usage, consistency, and external factors.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

14. Conduct & Termination

Services may be terminated if:

• Unsafe environment
• Abusive behaviour

No refunds in such cases.

15. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays caused by weather, illness, or external issues.
