This session is designed for youth academies and coaching environments that want high-quality content without managing filming, editing, or content themselves. You book the session, we handle the rest.

This is a content-focused session designed to create strong marketing content for your academy or programme.

👉 Additional filming time can be added at £50 per hour if required

What This Session Is Best For

This session can be used for:

✔ Training sessions

✔ Camps

✔ 1-to-1 coaching

✔ Small-sided games, sessions or match scenarios

We focus on capturing high-impact moments, not full-session or full-match coverage.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit (£198.50) is required to secure your session in our calendar.

The remaining balance is due after filming, before final delivery.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

Travel

Travel is included within 50 miles of our base location (Wolverhampton/London/Portsmouth).
The first 50 miles (round trip) are included.
Any additional distance is charged at £0.30 per mile.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

✔ Please make sure you are happy with the date before booking.

✔ Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice

✔ Cancellations made under 24 hours may result in loss of deposit

✔ The deposit is non-refundable once the slot has been reserved in our calendar

Please only book if:

✅ You are responsible for the session or booking on behalf of the academy/programme

✅ The filming location is confirmed

✅ You understand this is not full match or full-session recording

✅ You have the necessary permissions and parental consents in place for filming

After Booking

Once your session is booked:

✔ We’ll review your details

✔ We’ll contact you via WhatsApp to confirm any final details

✔ We’ll make sure everything is ready for filming day
